A note from our Booster President – Patrick Muehlberger:
Hello, as the incoming Booster President I’d like to welcome back our returning families and welcome our new families to our BSA community. My booster board team includes Mona Gutierrez, secretary; Riaz Qamari, treasurer; Laura Evans, VP and overall event chair; and Carmen Dimmett, VP in charge of our lunch program.
The summer break is over for the school, and they are back to work preparing for the upcoming school year. I’ve met with the new Head Of School, David Hubalik, and I’m very encouraged about the course of the upcoming school year. Our school and booster teams are partnering already to prepare back to school events in early August and to continue our lunch program. More details to follow on both soon.
We do very much need your help. We have the opportunity to continue to support our teachers, students, school, and community in many and amazing ways. Our chief limitation is the amount of time and effort we as community are willing and able to commit to various activities. The first place to start is join the boosters as a member. We have lowered the cost and will be sending out details on how to easily join soon. We will soon be soliciting for volunteers to help distribute lunches at school in Aug and Sep. We also need help in the following areas/committees….lunch program, membership, event/social/dance planning, merchandising, fund raising, communications, transportation, teacher appreciation, student appreciation, etc. Please contact one of us one the board if you are willing to help in any area now or in the future. We look forward to another year of supporting our children in their adventures in educations in all it’s facets. Go Badgers!
